Caesars Midsouth has immediate opportunities for Banquet Servers at Tunica Roadhouse Casino & Hotel. These positions will be on-call and will serve our guests who are attending banquets, conventions, and/or meetings.
Serves all beverages and ensures that glasses are full throughout the meal.
Ensures that quality service is provided to each guest.
Responsible for being familiar with the daily menu offering.
Provides tray service for all orders.
Responsible for the complete service of the table.
Completes pre-running, and post shift side-work requirements.
Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies.
Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room.
Adheres to all internal controls, policies, standards and procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum of one year experience in food service required.
Must be able to obtain an alcohol beverage permit.
Must be able to work different shifts and start times as needed.
Lift & Carry heavy objects: Approximately 30 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time: At least 7 Hrs.
