GENERAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Report to the Project Manager Establish a good working relationship with:
the client the Project Manager our employees Be able to:
assign daily task to stweards and monitors results give instructions listen and take direction follow up answer questions be safe be fair answer radio calls immediately report any hazardous situation to security and / or Management immediately! take appropriate action when necessary document incidents including slips, trips and falls and report to PM document incidents related to employee problems and report to the PM remain organized and keep the office and maintenance area in order be familiar with the necessary documents and complete them activity Report, Sweep / Spill Sheet Reports, Radio Communicator, Time Sheets general Liability and Work Comp Incident Reports be familiar with the Mall including the back hallways and roads inventory Control (keep a record of what has been used and what is needed) make sure ALL work that is on the DAILY ACTION PLAN IS COMPLETED Requirements:
Minimum two years' experience in a high volume kitchen operation, preferably in a Hotel/Casino, Knowledge of kitchens, dish machines and chemical awareness programs.
Assign daily task to stewards and monitor results Computer skills Good people skills and a well-groomed appearance.
Shift:
Day shift, swing shift and graveyard shift available.
Weekends and Holidays (rotating) Job Type:
