Caesars Midsouth has an immediate opening at Tunica Roadhouse for a Table Games Dealer/Supervisor. This position will work on the swing shift and will deal or supervise in Table Games, depending on scheduling and business demands.
Dealer:
Protects and controls the game. Conducts the games in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations, handling guest transactions and notifying Supervisor of any irregularities. Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner. Advises Floor Supervisor of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer. Supports and maintains Caesars Entertainment, Inc. service standards at all times. Promotes outstanding guest relations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisor:
Provide guests with personalized attention by keeping them in action while building lasting relationships and creating a safe and fun environment. Be knowledgeable of games and adhere to company policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, to protect company assets and ensure game integrity. 85Specifically supervises the operation of an assigned number of tables handling all fills, credits, guest relations, markers, marker redemptions, player ratings, accounting for bankrolls, and fulfills responsibility with regards to Gaming Regulations. Informs the Shift Manager of all noteworthy, suspicious or unusual activities. Maintains open lines of communication and partners with surveillance to ensure protection of assets and compliance with all Gaming Regulations. Consistently follows procedures and coaches dealers to do the same by interpreting and enforcing company and departmental policies and procedures to staff. Work to build supportive relationships through continuous communication with team to prevent service breakdowns and ensure everyone is up-to-date and informed. Takes an active role in processes related to hiring, promotion, termination, suspension, and recognition. Knowledge of the Casino Control Act, Mississippi Gaming Regulations, Title 31 regulations and the Horseshoe''s internal controls, policies, and procedures. Set example by promoting, integrity, a strong work ethic and professionalism at all times. Consistently manage, observe, prioritize and be accountable while creating a fun, fast-paced, high energy environment. Perform other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum 2 years experience in Table Games, with working knowledge of all games. Experience as a supervisor preferred.Must be able to obtain a MS Gaming permit.Strong basic math skills. Must be able to stand during shift.Must be able to tolerate a loud, smoking environment.
