Caesars Midsouth has an immediate opening for Banquets Captain at Tunica Roadhouse Casino & Hotel. This is an on-call position.
This position is responsible for ensuring maximum Guest service and satisfaction, by orchestrating through the Banquet & Convention Services team, production and service of quality food and providing Caesars Entertainment standard of excellence in all phases of banquet service and in full accordance with all operational policies and procedures, gaming regulations and CARE regulations.
Responsible for the coordination of all Banquet Events for on and off site locations ensuring room set up and F&B service meets Guest satisfaction.
Responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of the Banquet event orders as requested.
Ensures banquet floor operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner ensuring Guest''s satisfaction.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Two years'' experience in banquet service/set-up is preferred as well as supervision experience.
Must be flexible with work schedule.
Must be able to lift and carrry 30 pounds on a continual basis.
Must be able to walk & stand during shift.
