Caesars Midsouth has an immediate opportunity for a Player Coordinator. This position, reporting to Casino Marketing, provides exceptional personalized service and ensures all guests' needs are met in a prompt and efficient manner. The Player Coordinator will assist Diamond and Seven Star casino guests from the time they arrive at the property to the time they depart, ensuring the guest's expectations are exceeded.
Coordinate with Host/Executive for all guest needs or requests.
Ensure fulfillment for all requests through constant communication and consistent follow-up with all support departments (i.e. restaurants, limo, etc.).
Inform new prospects about benefits of Total Rewards Program
Make reservations for guests and hosts as requested and keep accurate logs of information. Reservations may include but are not limited to: shows, golf, dinner, etc.
Keep complete and accurate records of all information/incidents of service requests for guests by suite number.
Work closely with Room Service to ensure guest amenities are prepared and arranged accordingly as requested by Host/Executive or guest.
Maintain a personal preference log of each guest's amenities, requests and information to be used for each visit.
Keep abreast of current events pertaining to the Horseshoe, Tunica Roadhouse, and the city of Memphis.
Work in different areas of VIP Services as requested by Marketing Management.
Teamwork: Collaborates with workgroup and all support departments to ensure player satisfaction. Communicates all relevant information to c-workers and management to maintain consistency and avoid potential problems. Works with team members to achieve common goals
Confidentiality/Integrity: Maintains high standards of courtesy, professionalism and discretion in all communications to, about, or with customers including their arrangements and finances. Maintains confidentiality of all player accounts.

Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins. Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum 1 year experience in Gaming, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, in EnglishSkilled in Microsoft Office, LMS, CMSAbility and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility and willingness to work in a smoking environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
