Caesars Mid-South has an immediate opportunity for Entertainment Coordinator. This position is full time and works a varied shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Help Entertainment Manage to ensure proper set up of acts
Assist with maintenance of equipment, lounge, dressing rooms, stage and storage areas
Assist in reviewing and selecting acts for showroom, outdoor amphitheater, lounge and special events
Assist in role as liaison with booking agencies and various acts
Directly coordinates and maintains booking contracts and payments to various acts
Reserves rooms and coordinates housing for the various acts
Work closely on projects and assignment with Special Events Manager and that entire department
Maintain up to date entertainment signage for lounge
Inform all departments of Entertainment schedule each month. Make sure Entertainment phone line is current.
Update box office reports
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredMinimum 1 year experience in working with live entertainment in showroom, outdoor amphitheater and/or loungeMust be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, in EnglishMust have excellent organizational skills Skilled in Microsoft Office productsAble to lift and move up to 50 poundsMust be able to work flexible hours and work days with the ability to work extended hours when necessaryMust be able to tolerate a noise-filled work place where smoking is allowed

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
