Lead Hostperson (Tunica)


The Employee Dining Room Hostperson is responsible for gathering all food or staples as requested from the respective storage areas and delivering to the station as requested and properly storing.


  • Receive and deliver orders from the bake shop, pantry, warehouse, etc.

  • Maintain hot and cold foods and refill menu items as needed.

  • Maintain kitchen storage areas in an organized, clean and sanitary condition including walk- ins, reach-ins freezers and dry storage areas.

  • Wipe down all tables

  • Ensure silverware and all condiments are stocked.

  • Portion pies and pastries and keep refrigerators stocked

  • Other job related duties as assigned.

Direct Host person(s) to ensure complete FOH is clean, organized and stock during the shift as well at the end of shift daily.


High School Diploma or equivalent and one year fast paced, high volume restaurant operations experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.




  • Must understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

  • Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English

  • Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with staff.


  • Requires being mobile 100% of the shift.

  • Requires prolong standing, bending and reaching in areas from floor level to 8 ft.

  • Requires lifting up to sixty pounds, transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 500 pounds. Requires handling hot foods.

  • Must have normal sense of smell, taste, touch, hearing and the ability to distinguish letters or symbols.

  • Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires the use of beepers, telephones and use of electrical equipment.

  • Requires regular, predictable attendance


Work is performed in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky and dimly lit.? Work is performed in an area having two feet of access. Constant contact with staff.? Work entails chemical usage.


Regular scheduled hours. Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
